A 2006/07 season update for PES5 is indeed work in progress.qprhoops81 said:Will there be an update once the transfer window closes or was this the last update till PES 6?

I don't have the know-how in that area to do one myself, but is only something I would look into for PES6. I don't feel it would be worth it for PES5 (especially for console gamers) with just a couple of months until PES6.Marc_EFC said:Would you ever consider doing a patch? I downloaded a ISO of PES5 which was Helki's World Cup Patch and PES5 put together and easy to download from a torrent site then it would be piddlydoodly piss to burn to the disc?
Well it won't be until the season starts, but will most likely be at the end of the transfer window at the end of August. Not only because I highly doubt I will have got anywhere near completion before the season starts, but I figure its best to wait until the window closes so that all transfers have been made and the file is fully up-to-date.s.filmer said:That is great news Paul I look forward to it and am sure it will be quality.Any idea of a release date yet?
Probably not as the last update (v2) was as of Feb 06, so the Birmingham squad would still be that of last years Premiership, along with all other teams. Or you might want to try it to do your homework on some of last years Championship teams :tongue:huw140269 said:Hey Paul, I must admit I have never visited this thread before, but due to recent events in the footballing world I am now one of your followers.
Could you just tell me though is it worth downloading this option file now, as a Birmingham fan, or waiting until your updated file is out ?
Actually I will download it this afternoon and give it a go anyway - I am fed up wityh the Barcelona's of this wrold and it will be great to have a crack at teams like Stoke, Ipswich etcPaul B said:I don't have the know-how in that area to do one myself, but is only something I would look into for PES6.
