Looking at the thread title of that thread, it suggests you could be right about the digital signature.

So what you are saying is you have tried zipping up the folder entitled 4b4e0030 and still no joy?

If so, I'm afraid I don't know what the solution is but I will try that particular file out myself tomorrow using the max drive to see what happens.

Hopefully there's someone out there that can give you a definitive answer though.

Not sure it is the digital signiture.....most solution to that seem to be patches to game exe files to allow them to load anything. But I don't want to modify as I want to play on line.

I have since tried your option file on in PESFAN Editor and it comes up fine.....howver PESFAN Editor won't open any of the option files that run on my game!!!!

I might but a MAX Drive....if it doesn't work then I will take my game and the Max drive to my friend and try it on his un modded XBox!!!

sum bugs wi burnley mite aswell let u no so u can mek v2 beta. mcgreals hair needs to be abit shorter. g o'conor is fair gud at free kicks akinbiyi is fast and has white and red vapours thats it really well done

Interesting...

Just looked that up and you're right, the current file uploaded is infact a version with all PES Shop items LOCKED.

However, you can download the UNLOCKED Xbox version here.

You will also find that edited boots are present on the file, rather than the default boots that are on the locked version.

Thanks for pointing that out, surprised it hadn't been mentioned before now...

SORTED!!! Curteous of the kind people at EVO-Web.

My game despite being an original, was a promotional copy I bought from ebay. Apparently its a beta version to which the OF is different. Tried your save with another copy of the game today and it worked a treat. Will resell mine on flea bay and buy the retail version.

Looks awesome fo far Paul.....although Ipswich seem a little good considering their main talent is scoring goals for Charlton and Blackburn ;)

Also, Evo-web are working on a patched version of the Coca-Cola for the PC. Seems serious, stadia and everything! Can patches be ported? once they release the patch can it be worked for the PSX or Xbox?

All PES5 option files work fine on both the retail and beta for me.

No. A patch only works for the version of the game it is made for. So someone needs to make one for PS2 for it to work on PS2.

Are all the stats relistic, or are they in the context of the league each player is in. eg. andy johnson been best player in championship meaning hed have superstar stats

Hey bez just do it ur self if u have the time. just copy the stats from your ps2, with the USB cable, to your psp.

paul for the next version of this option file have a quick check scan thru players boots there is an awful lot of players wiv those pumas

great file tho
