You can't buy an updated option file from a shop. They are available to download for free. All you need to do is go to www.play.com and buy a device called a Max Drive for only £9.99 (link is in my signature). This lets you transfer any downloaded option files for all PS2 games over to your memory card and you can get to playing updated games quickly and easily.

Alternatively you can try to buy an option file from dodgy dealers on ebay who will charge you loads while you also have to post your memory card to them and hope they can be trusted to return it.

I am kind of new at this, i was wondering what is the best way to update my WE8I to have all the real stuff. I have Sharkport to transfer files to my PS2 memory, is that good or do i need something else. I am also interested if there is a patch to add the Argentina league on PS2?

Take your pick from the option files available over here. All the threads should contain the contents of each file in the first post so you can tell what has been edited, like which teams are included in the files.
