You can do it in 4 ways.
1) Copy an option file from someone else who already has it.
2) Download the max drive version of the file and use a Max Drive to transfer it to your memory card.
3) Download the x-port version of the file and use an X-Port to transfer it to your memory card.
4) Download the bin/cue version of the file and transfer it using the CD2mem method (which requires a chipped/modded PS2).

I'd recommend getting a Max Drive. There is a different version of Max Drive; one that works on european PS2s and one that works on US consoles so get the right one. Links for these are posted in the Max Drive Help thread.

Possible Error in PE5, WE9 Stadium Name

Hey, Thanks for posting all this information, but there might be an error in the name for Nakhon Ratchasima, or as you have it, Seoul World Cup Stadium.

Here is a Screenshot of the stadium, as taken from pesinsight's stadium list:

This stadium does not look like Seoul world cup stadium at this link:
http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_pictures/asia/south_korea/seoul/seoul_wc.shtml

But it does look like The Seoul Olympic Stadium at this link below:
http://www.worldstadiums.com/stadium_pictures/asia/south_korea/seoul/seoul_olympic.shtml

This is something that someone may want to look into..again thanks for the club lists...

**edit: you may want to open these in seperate windows so you can spot the differences

Option files do not contain modified or different balls. You need to patch your game to modify stuff like that.
