I got adaptateur for play online with my old PS2(Black V5) then when i change my ps2(Silver V.10) to new one and then I switch my adaptateur to the new PS2...I forgot my login and password and so on...can't re registre again with old codes it keep saying that my old codes are already registre...? how can i delete that old acount from DNAS...?
when i went to the web site ...to find my acount..i can't enter to find because i don't know my ID even my email when i registre...so my adabtateur just for HDD then not for the online..so may be i need to buy new one and registre again with new code they give?

Ok im wondering if anyone can help me. I CAN connect to PES online, it does past the DNAS verification thingy, but i can't seem to register a username and password. I choose the second option, put in my desired username, then the same password twice, even my e-mail address which is optional anyway. But the "register" button at the bottom is STILL unselectable. Does anyone know why this is? It can;t be because the username has already been taken cos i've tried allsorts of combinations, once i tried to register something that looked like "jghdfkuhgduhg"

I'm having that same problem Balmudo.

I rang konami (0208 987 5736 for those interested), and they basically said half of england were having the same problem. They say its because of the amount of ppl trying to get on.

Hopefully it'll sort itself out soon, or i'm gonna have one monumental phone bill ringing England all day!!

Ive got the same problem, ive tried for three days now, if so many people are getting online now leaving loads of people not being able to be online, then its going to carry on being like this for a couple of weeks or so. Konami should of worked on this more, they really didnt anticipate this. Three days of complaints on the phone, they should of sorted it by now by added more severs or something. A total shambles!

Shame on you Konami.

At least all you guys know that it's Konami's fault and that you'll soon be playing once it's sorted out. I haven't a clue why mine isn't working, although I'm begining to think there's something wrong inside my PS2 and to make it worse my mum decided to throw away the box without asking me, this box contained all the paper work and the network disc :realmad:

Verify that your username AND password have at least 8 digits/letters!!!

I have read through numerous posts about the online mode on the forum but i cannot find any relevant help. I've never played the ps2 online before so i may be doing something wrong. I have the slimline ps2 (network adapter built in?) and an ethernet cable running from my cable modem to my ps2. I can get as far as the network connection test after inputting my detalis but nothing happens when doing this apart from timeout errors. I'm on NTL 1Mb if that helps, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Get an upgrade to 2MB because what you have now is shite, you only have 100k upload....

Pro Evolution Soccer 5 PS2 Online FAQ - may be of help.

Bought a copy of PES5 yesterday and tried online game. I had no problems registering and connecting whatsoever. Just remember to have at least 8 digit usernames, etc. Anyway -great stuff! I played 7-8 games and only a couple of those had some lag problems. This suprised me as I am from Finland and most of the opponents were from Spain or France. I do have a good connection 8mb/1mb, LAN connecting using CAT5 cables to router, so connecting was pretty straightforward for me.

Well, I certainly need to improve my play! See you there!

is there a registration proccess when you're first buying a network adapter?
i read somewhere that you have to register, and then Sony sends you an activation password to your home address...

I have a year old slim "PSTwo" and I just connected it online for the first time. It was hassle free - just went through the configuration menus and that´s it. I don´t know whether it is different with a separate network adapter.
