When I said download it and find out for yourself, I was honestly being serious. Someone said it to me a while back, I did download it and found out the answer for myself.

New for V3...

* All 2006/07 club team kits have been updated to the absolute highest detail. All kits are those that have been officially released, possibly some unofficial ones but it is a rarity.

* All summer 2006/07 transfers updated. Almost every major & minor summer transfer has been done with the exceptions of some very small players of whom i couldn't find stats for.

* All promoted teams of the unlicensed leagues have now replaced the relegated sides. I will not be replacing the licensed clubs, PES6 is only round the corner...surely you can wait!

The full list of promoted team that have replaced the relegated sides now looks like this;

Barclays Premiership

Reading replace Sunderland
Sheffield United replace West Brom
Watford replace Birmingham

Ligue 1. Orange

Sedan replace Strasbourg
Lorient replace Ajaccio
Valenciennes replace Metz

Bundesliga

Aachen replace FC Koln
VfL Bochum replace MSV Duisburg
Cottbus replace Kaiserslautern

* More player appearance & stats updates than ever before!!! With the unbelievable work of PLF, delpiero, bagrunnell, re-arranged, Red Pheonix, Bitz and many more great stat makers, the player data in this option file makes it the most realistic out there!

* More national teams that where not participating in the World Cup have been updated including Finland, Denmark, Senegal, Cameroon, Wales, Ireland, Nigeria and many more.

* A great amount of time has been spent fixing the logos (not emblems) to a much higher quality for the kits to look as authenti as possible. These are the absolute best logos you will find on any option file around! Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Macromedia Fireworks 8 and the PngQuant where used to create these and not the ingame pixel editor.

* Recenly retired players have been overwritten for the 2006/07 season, so no more Zidane or Nakata :crymore:

Thanks for that comment mate, but i don't want people to start thinking i'm demanding money off them. Like i said in a previous post, it's entirely up to you guys whether you want to or not. Anything would be greatly appreciated.

Did Mavuba play in France team he's in under 21 on v3, but i'd say Pedretti mate.

I can have a look at doing the under 21, players apperance in future versions aswell
