Just wondering if there are any new of's out that have official billboards around the pitch during a game instead of the old, plain konami ad boards????


(if there is, an o.f that is for ps2 and can be put on ps2 by MAX drive )

No, and there will never be one. Billboard editing is not part of an option file. You would need a patched version of the game for that.

And also, this is in the wrong thread. Option Files Only!!!
