Are the original master league players real?

Do these guys exist in real life? If so does anyone know who they play for and if they get offended at the fact that they are the crap team you start with on one of the worlds finest games?

The goalkeeper ivanov exists, hes some belgian guy but I don't know who he plays for.

no, im pretty sure the default team aren't real players because Konami changes their names after every release. ^ Paulo Miranda was in a South American team in WE6, i think it was Pameiras.

Nah, they're all made up. There are just some players who share a name with them, obviously.

I doubt highly they are real, as they changed these players names slightly between PES2 & PES3

e.g.

Miranda > Minanda
Espinas > Espimas
etc.

No there not real, but if you have a patched PES3 you can change them into real player names!

Konami probably couldn't even license their own fake players so that they had to use fake names for their original fake players. Miranda and Espinas got pretty popular after PES2.

But why spend money on licensing fake players names when you can just change them slightly each time, would be just wasting good money although I can't argue with the fact miranda and espinas were popular names in the PES2 game.
