are there cheats or am i a bad loozer ???

I'm getting very frustrated, i'm new to online gaming but without a doubt (in my own mind) i am awsome at pro evo !!!!
I must admit i like to play england but also like to play with crapper / smaller teams such as my own B'Burn Rovers, however find myself always getting whipped because the vast majority always play barca or brazil,how ever some times when i'm winning,especially when playing high ranking or div 1 players, all of a sudden i get delay or my players seem to all turn into plebs whilst theirs go like the clappers and before you now it, we're level then i'll be about to score, get taken out... nothing, then breathe on ronalbloodydino and penalty, is it blatently cheaters out there or am i disloutional and just crap !!!
even post rooms saying no barca or brazil and get some dick select barca straight away ! i say ban them !
So can someone clarify if it's possibale to cheat before i smash my tv up !

i thought i was being paranoid, but alot of the times, its seems just at the crucial moment it lags which means they score! maybe its a coincidence, maybe not?

Hmm, not sure about that, although I was beating a Div 1 player when my connection was cut and the recorded result was a 3-0 defeat [jf69 was his moniker, I think]. No other connection problems ever.

Totally agree that Barca, Brazil, etc. are too good, and allow mediocre players to use stats to win. But should we give in and be Barca too? More staisfying to beat them with Blackburn, n'est pas?

I've actually found a way to win games, and am now being labelled "unfair", which I find rather galling. Isn't being Barca "unfair"? My 4 CBs against 4 FWs sounds fair to me.

I think I have come across a few people who deliberately lag the game but I think generally the online lag is pathetic. When games like Call of Duty 4 can have 16 people in with explosions, buildings and cars exploding and all this without a single bit of lag you really must question Konami's ability to programme online.
Don't get me wrong, even with all its faults, I love PES2008. But the graphics are rubbish, the replays stutter, the sound is poor, these I can forgive, but the online lag is unforgivable.
