back 2 the main topic, im interested in what zyg said about 5 stars becoming one big one... does this mean if u played forever youd end up with a kit full of big fuck off stars??

the attention to detail konami give this game is amazing!!!

i was playing my mate in a brilliant 15 minute game that was 3-3 with 11 mins to go, i ripped in a trademark free kick to make it
4-3, and as i was watching the manual replay, i zoomed in on my taker, and noticed 2 stars above his badge......i soon realised that this signifies how many times i've won master league division 1!!!!!!!! y'know, the same way Brazil have 5 above their badge representing world cup wins!!!!

how cool is that????? its the little things that konami add that make this game in a league of its own! obviously the gameplay, graphics etc...but those little things that you dont notice show you just how much thought they put in to it!!!

am i on my own or has anyone else noticed this??????? or am i horribly out of the loop and you've been talking about it for ages???

let me know if you've seen it!

i'm pretty sure you can only play for 15 seasons (ONLY?????) so it would just be 3 Huge stars, which to be fair, would be pretty cool!

Are you sure? I thought it was just the fact that the memory for Club history doesn't go back further than 15 seasons. Hope it's not, although I've never reached 15 seasons in previous incarnations

probably true ash. i usually start again after 3-4 seasons, cos i've bought everyone and cant bring myself to sell them

i usually have a squad on 1 condition, example no older than 25 or a team of hard men, or the fastest players on the game, i have abt 99700 points and im getting bored its easy to obtain points after so long

When I have won everything, I move up one star in skill and start again, but not picking any of the players I have had previously. Moe of a challenge and definitely more variety. I do keep my old team though and sometimes play them against my new one when they are up and ready.

wel i think every 5 stars/leagues you win, you should get a bigger start like the brazil kit it has 5 stars i reckon they sould have the picture of the world cup above their name

Won my tenth Master League DIv 1 title the other day, not only did I get a second bigger star but they changed colour from gold to silver. I ask again anyone reached 15?

Yeah sure, not that clear I'm afraid as the tv card I have isn't the greatest.

As for my side, I started out buying the lesser knowns and avoided any of the 'star' players. Vogel, Mexes, Harte, Torres, Saha. Zahovic were the key players of that side. One everything with those for 5 seasons, then I decided to get the stars and go in search for awesome goals.

I still keep Harte in the side though for his awesome set pieces, prefer him to Beckham personally.

i had the same problem thought mine changed to red (my teams colur) so i can not realy see them any more.

Funny you should say that, as I only noticed yesterday that the stars on the away kit can't be seen clearly either. You can only just make out the outline of the star.

Now I know using an edit program to edit an x-port of the option file you can change the colour of the stars and the outline, but the thing is I haven't changed my option file since the start. Going to see what happens when I win my 11th title....
