Seeing that I have only mastered the lesser lights of technology such as toasters, microwaves, all 'clapper' electronics, tv's etc...

my question is thus:

What is the thing that comes with Final Fantasy XI online? And can this thing be put to use with we7 in any fashion?

It's a hard drive that hooks up to your ps2, which is for updates for such games as FFXI, Socom Navy Seals and other ones coming out. I don't know about the we7 part though, I'll let the intelligent people answer that.

It's a hard drive. It enables you to be able to save updates etc that you have downloaded via your PS2. It won't work for WE unless Konami make it online enabled and release new stadiums or updates and things like that available for download through PS2 online.
