BAL Managers, can't play with them can't play without them

Every had a magnificent game only to be puzzled at why your manager is so disappointed in you?

I just don't get it myself, I can score a hat-trick and have my manager give me grief about possession or long balls. Smile boss I just won you the spanish league lol

I play for Utrecht as a CB at the moment. Last game I scored the only goal and saved my team around 5 times, and manager was not delighted with my performance!!! :realmad:

My manager is generally happy, unless I do nothing of note, at which point he will comment me having done, well, nothing of note.

I've never gotten criticized after a good game (as far as I am concerned - you have to be able to admit that you're playing poorly aswell )

Yes I have off days, but thats not the point I'm trying to make Ravex. I'm just getting frustrated with my manager. I just can't do anything right when he plays possession football tactics.

I keep the ball, pass it around track deep into my half and set up my frontman well, but everytime I get "clearly doesn't understand possession football ect.." I really hate this everytime possession football is played it takes a HUGE bit out of my manager rating. All the hard work from previous games gone in a flash.

Now I'm getting dropped from games. When I come back in we play balance or conter attack football for a while, then go back to possession football once we start doing well. I get dropped again and again. Its a never ending cycle, not even changing the match level works.
