BAL Starting Stats.

Hi im just about to start bal mode but would like my player to have more pace then anything. are there any tricks to getting a fast starting stat or is it just random. Also i would like to know some of your starting stats so i can compare to mine. Thanks

I started out somewhere between 80-83 now im at 95. use the strengthen bars to get your stats up on the specific areas you want. i mostly used speed, stamina and dribbling as im a SMF, but could play also CMF,CF and WF.

Well im starting out with like 74 top speed and 69 acc what can i do to start of faster. is there something i should do in the scouting game.

i think it depends on your player position as well. i had started a new bal this time as a stiker and my speed and other stats were lower than my original, so i think position has something to do with it.

Play the Scout match on Amature or Beginer then put the difficulty up after the first season once you reach 75 in your posistions key Areas

the best Scout match I played I was a CF Rating of 7.5 with 5 goals and 2 assists

After playing the scout games for a while Iv noticed that if you keep a good srtike rate you will get realy good shooting stats.

I scored 3 headers, and two strikes. I only had 2 shots so thats 100% strike rate and why i was a sick starter

^I also recieved a 7.5 rating in the scout match on regular.
I scored 2 goals. I got agility at 86 and top speed at 83. But shooting is 67 not 70's. That's because I'm a winger.

Wingers get Agility, Pace, Acceleration and Dribble Speed quite high.

Stat wise the winger is probably the best starting position, the problem is that you will most likely be played as a side midfielder for most of your career.

I was a SS on the xbox BAL.
But my WF BAL on ps3 is much better (ofcouyrse, because I know how to really play BAL now).

First I had Xbox 360. Then It RROD and went to microsoft. But I was told that it would take long, so I got a Ps3 + pes 2009 (me and my brother, took out almost all the money from our bank account to get a ps3 )
I still need to hear about my xbox though.

^Why lucky? At the other forums, some told me that they got it back.
Anyway after playing both, I am still not convinced which is better.
In terms of presentation and online the X360 is better, but in terms of a console and reliability the ps3. The ps3 doesn't make noise and it doesn't overheat.
In terms of graphics, games vary. Some are a bit better on 360 and some are a bit better on ps3.
BOTH ARE AWESOME.

No, those are the good side of the 360 even though it costs money. The free net, is a ps3 advantage but it's nowhere near as good as the 360 live.

Well, you could say that, but as I said, we took out all money from out account to buy the ps3.

Isnt that a bit waah? You start on the level you can do and then proceed on that level. Thats a "thumb-rule" in PES...
