Woooohoo.

I thought of making one, but didn't. Ive been playing the game for a couple of weeks now, Private first class now. It is a very good game, but with a few niggly problems. Plus i feel the maps are too small, but i think/hope there will be mod/patches to sort this out.

Not only are the maps small for single player, there are very few vehicles to choose from. There was loads more in the battlefield mod called desert combat...
This IS a must get for FPSEUs lovers nontheless. I'll post some snaps tomorrow for your viewing pleasure. The firefights in the streets are just incredible. There is a map where you feel like you are in the midst of Fallujah itself.

My bro bought it, havent been able to play for a seconde yet, due to vacation & all other sorts of real life blabla :tongue:
1942 is still my favourite online game, closely followed by Halo 2.

Anyone playing it online? I suck at it, well not that bad, I usually end up subtop-middle of the table, I always take flags amd stuff. Some maps are to small, others are to big, too less vehicles so you have to walk about 5 km's

I wish i could play online. At least i found this software that allows you to play with up to 128 bots!!! Obviously not many computers can handle that many but 32 are still a treat to play with on single.

I doubt my comp would be able to handle 128 bots, I never play singleplayer anyway
128 would be superb on a big map, unless they steal all the vehicles

I was forced to lower everything to medium myself. Still looks pretty impressive. Its a real joy to fly in the helicopters and rain death upon the infantry and armoured vehicles.

Whoa this game looks awsome, but sounds like it's a bit powerful for my pc aswell, is it out/coming out for the ps2?, i would love to play this as these are my favourite sort of games.

Yeah I do that to, only its upon my own infantry and armoured vehicles :laugh:
Nah, I suck at heli's, dont even get me started on jets

And yeah Rangers, they are making a version for the consoles, dont know if its out yet, called Battlefield Modern Combat. Its not the same as on the PC(obviously, no console could deal with that), but it could be good. Just do a Google search for it.

doubt it lol, 1024megs is not minimum it's optimum.

but anyway, this game oozes quality if you have the comp to run it. It's definately in the "To Buy" list

Is this game on ps2 or xbox? I love war games, excellent stuff.
