Ok I quite like this idea and I've had some fun with it so far but I'm so close to just giving up with it.

My beefs are:

1. Team mates are ball greedy - shooting on free kicks or not cutting back when I'm free and running forward wind me up so much.

2. Team mates must be irish or something - soooo fucking stupid! Turning backwards and kicking the ball out for a throw in or corner when in possession (just pass it across shitdick)

3. Team mates are shit - I'm calling and calling for the ball so they pass it way after I want it or give it to some lower league shitbag and I either don't get the ball or get it in a horrible position and am unable to do anything with it.

I'm scoring goals and stuff in training but because it won't give me the ball often enough I obviously don't get enough chances to shine to get playing real games. It's boring.

I've heard in the fifa one it's stupid because you get games straight away and the computer will always give you the ball - WELL FUCKING GIVE ME SOME OF THAT! Just at least sometimes do what I say.

It seems you don't have the patience for this mode. Stick to FIFA BAP where you can get into the team straight off :)

In which week are you? You get called to the squad around week 8...

Your team mates can be a little greedy, but if you are open and ask for the ball, and there's a clean line between the both of you, 80% of the time, they will pass it to you.
Same goes with crosses...

The "getting open" part is usually the core of the game...


P.S: Just to be sure, you are double tapping R2 asking for the ball, aren't you??

Also ive noticed a lot have been disappointed in Become a Legend. Anyone that has tried playing on fix mode with previous pes will tell you how frustrating it is.

I usually try to find space near the person with the ball, then call for it. I get the ball most of the time, but the key is to be in space near the player in possession.

True, although I very rarely call for the ball myself, I find if I can get into the space or make clever runs I will more often than not be picked out by my team mates.

It can be frustrating when they don't pass to you, as it is in real life if you find a good position and nobody picks you out but it's part and parcel of the game.

I'm only just making the bench but I'm really enjoying it. Scored just the one goal after coming on at half time and then didn't get on for the next two matches!
