You forgot something major to pes. UCL and europa league Both into BAL and ML. That is worth mentioning. ;)
Fifa 10 does indeed look promising. But let's see how pes will compare. Let's wait for some proper gameplay move ok. :)

Hmm.

From the sounds that Konami and the playtesters/journalists are making it seems that PES 2010 will run of essentially the same engine with no major redesign.

Already, FIFA's engine is far more sophisticated than PES's and the only thing that PES really beats FIFA with is responsivity.

From watching both videos I think that although PES2010 will be a bloody good game, FIFA will beat it hands down. However, since I am strictly a PC gamer I will be getting ProEvo once again.

.........Might wait to see if online works or not first though b4 deciding whether I am going to fork out any money for it though.....if they totally fuck that up once again for the third time in a row then they deserve not a penny of my money nor of anyone elses for that matter.

But responsivness = major gameplay thing. Without it, the game won't be as good. ;)
For me anyways because football games require high responsivness (dribbling especially).
Fifa may beat it but surley not in graphics. Let's wait and see. :) I cannot wait though.

Indeed I forgot.

I'm a PC gamer too and PES is the only solution that's why I want changes in gameplay. If I would have XBOX360 I would choose FIFA for sure because it's the best football game for me.

PES textures are better, but the player models in FIFA looks much more human. In PES they are too fat,the shorts are huge and the hands are too thick...

^Not excactly but some bodies are indeed better, but player faces are much better in pes and it's much more clear in graphics too. Overall graphics are better in pes so far. Let's wait for 2010 then. :)

I've just seen a video with David Rutter talking about FIFA 10 and in his interview were present some small pieces of gameplay and I must say WaW!!!that game looks and feels extremly close to reality.I think the battle is already lost for Konami, maybe they are gonna make some good money for PC and WII platforms because FIFA sucks there. But I can't see how they can beat FIFA 10 with only 8 directional movement, few licensed leagues and teams, unrealistic imaginary Master League etc.

The game looks and feels like a FIFA. I hadn't seen a FIFA since FIFA 98 and it still looks the same.
PES has taken steps forward and steps back but it was a better game then and it's still a better game now.

* Though I need to play FIFA 10 to have a fair opinion

Are you talking about FIFA PC?Because FIFA made big steps forward since FIFA 98 on XBOX360/PS3.
