Best clubteam if you have 32nd choice...

Hi, I'm taking part in a pro evo 4 tournament in my local pub. There are 32 players and we're using clubteams. Unfortunately I'm 32nd in line to choose so all the obvious ones are gone. So does anyone have any recommendations? Any hidden gems?
I'm considering Olympiakos (Rivaldo), River Plate, Everton (Rooney?), Auxerre, PSV Eindhoven, Galatasaray, Benfica, Atletico Madrid ?
I'm playing Real Madrid, Man Utd & Celtic in the first round so I need some help...

I'm playing with Middlesborough in the Premiership on 5* now.
They're a great team in my opinion. Only weakness is central midfield, but playing a default 4-4-1-1 with, say Boateng & Doriva as DMF's helps cover that.
Plenty of decent strikers to choose from as well. Job just scored a hattrick against Palace in my last game.
Grab da Borough boyz if you can!

Would it be better to play with a team who has one star player or a balanced team?

Most sides have more than one decent player, but I'd pick a balanced side of reasonable players over a side with one star any day.
Have a look at the teams overall level of teamwork on the team selection screen.
That shows the success rate of passes between the players - surely the most important single factor.

My secret weapon is Real Betis. I play on 6* with them and still havnt been beaten in the league. Just started the 2nd round of games now. They have a solid defence, quality midfield (Denilson, Benjamin, Assuncao and Juaquin) and Oliviera is a fast player who works well with a player in the hole behind him (Alfonso or Fernando).

I beat my mate 5-0 aswell and he was Barcelona......lol

Assuncao's free kicks are sick... Its as accurate as becks'.

I entered an xbox live league at work and didn't want to pick one of the better teams. So with 12th (final) choice I couldn't think who the hell to play as.....

Teams already taken were:
Arsenal, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Chelsea
AC Milan, Juventus, Liverpool, Manchester United
AS Roma, Real Madrid, Inter Milan.

So I went as Newcastle and won my first game 7-0 (at home, 15 mins, random arrows).
Wish me luck. I'll need it......

Zyg I assume the people you work with aren't brilliant, I've heard you're brilliant but that is ridiculous.

Udinese are a great team with a great selection of top notch players, if they haven't been selected I'd play as them.

I used to like playing with Dortmund but with no Amoruso and a fairly weak holding midfield, plus their defense is not exactly the greatest.

Had Kluivert injured (red cross) in the 7th minute - and had to bring on a gray arrow Shearer. Tight game as my opponent was playing a 5-2-1-2 formation and had Kahn in fine form. He also injured Dyer later - argh!

Sounds like you did well enough though, with only half your strike force working properly that's not such a bad result. Shame about the injuries.
