3-5-2 is the best formation have all you defenders on high arrows and DMF and select all the other midfielders to OMF this should work but don't give your defenders and DMF attacting arrows

I use 4-2-3-1 with AS Roma and I've beaten teams like Olympiakos and Sampdoria 6-0 and Juventus 4-0 on 5*

Im not surprized with a team like that, I personally go with a challenge and buy "un-known players" also i buy "promasing players" and build them up, its very exciting doing this as it's not as easy as just buying the likes of ZZ and Ronaldo etc (i just let them go to teams like Porto etc)
