It's tough to give a definitive answer as there are many out there.

If you want a file with a certain or specific theme there are the following:
World Cup Teams
South American Teams
Mexican Teams

Secondly you could get a file which is an update from this file. Like Paul B's Coca Cola championship file which is here.

The most up to date is Watsons which can be found here.

Your next choice if you want to download Championship teams, are silomaen's Best Eleven files on the last page here.

But possibly the best is dwevans file which can be found here. It is possibly the 'ultimate file', I use it and it is great.

All of the above are updated versions from the latest PESFAN file. So it is really up to you and your personal taste to choose.

You can go to www.proevolutionsoccer.com.pt and download the Portuguese league Option File. If you don't think that this OF isn't very accurate, download dwevans, which I think it's the more complete.
