Best PES team?

Hi everyone!

Im not a new PES player, ive been playing since PES2. Since PES6 ive kind of gone off the radar with it, that was the last one I played nearly every night. Now im wanting to dominate online, and usually I like to find one team, where I learn each players characteristics and strengths.

With PES6 I managed to reach No.11 in the overall rankings with Inter Milan. Ive only played 5 games with - Man Utd, Real Madrid, England, Argentina, Barcelona and Inter Milan.

Best team so far has been Inter Milan, I played someone who was far better than me and somehow came out with a win and defended so well! I played against AC Milian once and Pato was destroying me, I conceded so many free kicks!

What is a good team in peoples experiences that have played a lot of games? Chelsea seem quite good also.

I have to have a team with a strong/fast defence, a couple of creative midfielder's (that can score) and not really fast strikers, but ones that are very good goal scorers! Played with Barcelona and David Villa scored some great goals for me!

Any suggestions?

Some ppl may say Barca is the best team in the game but I have more trouble vs Real Madrid. Ronaldo is so fast and so strong, very hard to get the ball away from him, and Kaka, Okur, and Di Maria and also Higyaim up front is a total beat. Their defenders are also very fast and alert. I say Real is the best team in this version of PEs.

Hmmm yeah I was Real one time and lost, but Ronaldo is a beast, second half I should have won it but lost 2-1.

Might try Man City, they have a few decent players now.

I always pick United against my friend, but sometimes we do like a derby night [Barca vs Real Madrid, AC vs Inter, United vs Liverpool/Man City etc etc] we call the teams by flick of a coin, i ended up with AC during the Milan derby and i thought they were awesome, Solid defence, Midfield alert to lost balls and quick and deadly upfront.

U dont need to choise a team for be the best online. U have to play a lot of games to have ur presonal tactic according how u play. When u have that u have to learn to play not just only with one kind of type for score goals u have to score goals of every place: a corner, a direct free kick, a centre in a free kick, from long range (very important for online becoz there are some people who defends with 12 players), inside the area, 1 vs 1. For the last u have to learn how to make walls or 2 on 1 in the centre of the pitch near the opposite area, becoz a lot of people dont know how to defend that. Then when u know wich how u play with that habilities u have to choise the team/best team for ur personal habilities.
If u found ur tactic and how u play, it doesnt mather wich team u choise.
For pes 2011 I finish better than 700, with +70% of winnings in +1000 matches.

Yeah I agree totally, but you do need the players as a starting point and I think its good to focus on one team so you get to know each of the players strengths and adjust your tactics accordingly.

When u get good at the game you could beat anyone with virtually any team. I loved using Palermo in 2010 and 2011 and beat ppl using Real or Barca. Im not quite there in 2012 but still getting better and I feel its a better game than the other 2.

Wait so you actually play with default KONAMI stats? How can anyone play with those stats, they are absurd and unrealistic. CR has like what 94 shoot accuracy, and messi has 97 or something lmao.

i use konami stats as things like shot accuracy hardly make an impact in a game, if i shoot with ronaldo it's the same like shooting with van perssie as it's always straight to the keeper. anyway pes stats database is worse at how you rate players. if you wanna see konami stats online it's pesdb.net

I dont play with those teams, I just stated my opinion on what the best team in the game is. Plus isn't online default Konami stats and settings? If you know how to change the settings for online games please share.

What team do you use online???

I dont choose the team, my opponent choise the team and then me, according the rivals team. But every team I choise I use "my tactic".
But the teams that I most choise are Real Madrid (when the other have good ranking and have a good team), River Plate (15-20% of my total games), in pes 2011 I played some games with atletico madrid. Sometimes I use the random selection.
In online tournaments I choise Inter (Ive never one a tournament, the best was a semifinal).

Played last night and I think Man Utd might be my favourite. They suit my style of play down the wings. Funny as I support them but I never really play with them online.

Their squad is really deep. So if players are on a down there is usually players in form. Nani, Valencia and Ashley young are top wingers. Vidic is really fast and a rock in defence, with evra and Rafael fast full backs. Upfront is perhaps most lacking, Wayne Rooney is good but the other strikers arnt world class. If you get Berbatov in form he is good. Playing down the wing and crossing is best with this team. Barca cant give you that option, and I like to have both, wing and infield. Carrick, Anderson and Giggs also good in midfield.

I played online last night 2 games and drew 2 games, but they were both really laggy and I still managed to pull out a draw, win or draw when im playing bad is important and this team looks good! Only wish for one more quality striker!

All I know is that this team is quick. The quickest team I've used and come up against.

Robinho and Pato are lightening.

Right now I'm experimenting with Besiktas they have both Simao and Quaresma on the flanks plus Guti is still a great play maker.

As for national I'm loving Switzerland. Superb midfield and a great goalkeeper in Benaglio.
