Best possible settings?

i tryed high and i also tryed medium quality, but its still kinda laggy in some situations, what resolution should i use? i have a 20' LCD widescreen monitor. please help me out

i got a crappy p4 with 1gb ram +x1650pro 512 and it runs fine on high everything.
because you have vista, it hogs more of your resources. so try playing with the priority. in alt ctl del in processes.
still your rig with vista should play it fine. its probably your graphics card.. abit weak

I've got Vista x64 and only 1 gig ram and it still works perfect, so I guess it's the graphics card. At least it's the weakest link in your PC.
However, I still think it should work very well with those specs. Tried the latest drivers?
BTW, I play at 1024x768. I'm not very demanding, you see. 1280x1024 works OK in my rig also, but I've got an 8800. Next gig of ram coming soon.
Since you have a widescreen LCD monitor, I can't help you with the resolutions. How much ram does your video card have? LCDs usually have a bit of a high base resolution, so maybe that's hogging your card.

Try to set it to 640*480 or 800*600 with high details .I enjoy high details as I can see the audiences clearly and the pitch looks great !

Play it in Full-screen if you aren't already. For some reason the game is very juddery when I play in a window, but as smooth as silk when I run it in fullscreen.

What settings would suit my pc?
I have:
Core 2 Duo
2GB RAM
ATI RADEON X1600 - 512MB
When i play in high quality, the gameplay is much faster but there alot of stuttering and juggling specially when doing crosses or long shots. I Chose medium, its the most ppropriate one i say, but then again the pitch doesnt look ok, and the gameplay a bit slow. I dont know much about graphics cards but when i searched on the net for my one, it says its a good graphics card and has the latest Avivo technology and etc.. I have 19' Sony SDM-HX73 Monitor and i use 1280x1024 in the settings for resolution.
There are also options for, 'Wait for VSync' and 'Nullify Movie Playback. Are these ment to be ticked. I already have the, 'Use Frame Skipping ticked.
( I ALSO HAVE THE LATEST PATCH FROM KONAMI FOR THE STUTERING PROBLEM THING)
