But why a round robin methical? We do a Konami cup (so we can play classics) and do a group league, 4 out of 16.

so we al play each other so we can see who is clearly the best, if theres 3 of us we do 4 teams, im normally arsenal, 1 mate is always juve (he was invincible in pro 3 with them) and whoever else is there normally chooses a milan team or barce so real are the other team, we use that team to play 2 on 1 matches, (multitap makes pes better)
to make it a little more interesting

sometimes we do this twice just to see who is better, its great, my mates hate watching other people play the computer and win 3,4,5,6 nil

first time we done that we were stoned and we did a group league coz we didnt know international league could be 3 teams, we had to pick a forth, 1 guy said (stoned and in a wierd camden faggoty voice) it could be a test

we pissed ourselves laughing and to this day we still use hat against him, pes makes life better

If you want to see who is the better player out of everyone, play as the same teams. That way there is no advantages.

Me and some friends used to do tournaments, untill I started winning all my games. The first one we did was awesome, even though I lost. I remember I was drawing in the last game, if I didn't win, he would win the whole thing. RVN was through on goal in injury time, everyone was one their feet and we thought it went in, but it just went wide. How gutted I was. God I miss the days of PES1!

im fortunate enough to own a sound system for the lounge room and its meg-sweeet, because i patched my PES and WE8 with the Ole Mix Gold Edition when you use teams like Liverpool and Millan the fans do their signature chants...playing against liverpool at anfield (no commentary..esp. WE8 as the jap commentarry is hell annoying) and the fans burst out into singing You'l never walk alone gives you goose bumps and feel a bit intimidated............

I left the room feeling somewhat bewildered and partially deaf, but it was the best damn game i've ever had, and if you havn't already, I suggest you try it.
