I may get slaughtered for this, but since the start of the PES series, this is the first time I'm playing the MASTER LEAGUE mode proper.
By proper I mean; I obviously played Master League, but I always selected the given club players. I set the ransfer frequency level to low and when a big team say AC Milan were to buy e.g Fabregas, I would buy him and trade him back to Arsenal.
Ironic, now that with BAL and a League mode with Champions League implemented in this latest PES. I find myself playing and enjoying the Master League more, with the default players. The frustration of playing with mainly poor-to-average players together with the sheer joy of winning with such players has got me hooked even more. Hence I will not buy any recognised players, which makes it even more intriguing for me, personally.
So, staying on topic; yesterday I bought a 17 year old by the name of Chapi. A spanish striker (newcomer) and his attributes are mostly 75+ with agilty as 97 his potential graph shows a peak of 95.
Can't believe I didn't play this mode the way it was meant to be played.
