couple of things to ask here guys

1)How do you know how many points a player is picking up per game, the % bar that moves up after each game moves to quick to work out how far its moved.

2)Do certain young players take longer to develop, EVERYONE I know raves about Kompany but his stats are developing SO SLOW im beginning to think about giving up??

3)Does it matter the level you play on to develop your players quicker??
