Better late than never

I know I’m late getting a PS3 and loads of you will ignore or just laugh at this post. But I’m getting a PS3 on Monday after years of playing Pro evo on the PS2.
Pro evo is the only game I play, I’m 37 and cant be bothered with any other game, it’s the only game I’ve ever played and after playing Pro evo on the PS3 with my nephew I just have to get it.
The thing is I see everywhere great versions of Pro Evo 2008 with updated kits, badges etc etc but when I try to find out where to download, or buy, there seams to be so many different ones all with either this missing or that missing. People saying they can only change 8 things, so how have others got complete updates with all kits and badges?
On the football manger forums (the only pc game I play) there’s always people asking ‘Is there a definitive patch for the game with all the kits, badges, stadium names?’ and time and again they are pointed to the best options.
So what I’m asking is the same question. Is there an update for PES 2008 with all Prem badges, kits and transfers for the PS3? And what is the best one. There is people selling updates on ebay, are they any good? I know most of you have answered these questions, time and time again so if this question has already been answered then could someone point me to where I can find the answers?
I know the new game is out soon but it might be sh*t and I’d like to have 2008 with all the updates.

the fully updated ones your seeing are probably on a patched xbox version of which you need a modded xbox to play these or on pc on which the game files are installed onto your hardrive and thus easily accessible to edit

i would advise buying one of the updates off of ebay as there probably the same as the option files downloadable from here
