Big Problem With The Kits!!??

Hi,
i impotred the kits in WE Mod Center it's all done and after that i imported it in CD Mage , but the problem is:

the kits become invisable in the game (when i play)

so can someone help me please ill be really thankfull....

Something to do with the transparency i am guessing! Welcome to the forums and I am sure someone can help ya! Oh Zy........

in wepicture decoder, go to transparency and click on invert?

the problem is half solved , it only worked on ac milan , & roma ........... and it's half invisable when the camera is far i cant see it clear........??????????????
