Hi there. I have an imported Winning Eleven 8: It has the full kits, and right palyer names and stadiums, its real good. But the commentary is still in Japanese. Anyhow, i recently bought Winning Eleven 8: International (The Feb. 1,2005 release date one) here in Canada. Now how can i just take the 'kits' of my old WE8 and transfer them to this new Winning Eleven 8: International, as well as the stadiums. Also if theres any patch i can downlload that provieds me with new balls or an indoor pitch i'd like to add that too, how can i manually do these tasks.

First of all, get WE Graphics Studio. It will be just about all you need. Then, extract the kits from the WE8 iso into the folder of your choice. They are in the data_j.afs file, in the pl folder, and should all start with uni*. I think it would be a good idea to find lists of what teams correspond to what number uni* file, because I have found that they are different from WE8 to WE8I. Then, after you find out what files are which teams, rename them to the correct file number and import them into the 0_text.afs file from WE8I using WE Graphics Studio.
I just started doing this stuff myself, so this is just what I have figured out so far. Also, I'm not sure, but the kits may need to be converted in some way. I don't really know. They all look fine to me, except the national kits with the circle on them don't have the number right in the middle of the circle. I hope this all makes sense. BTW, don't know of any patches out for WE8I, yet. WE8I does not have online play, and no, the game is not FULLY licenced, but several leagues in the game are fully licenced.
