Hey fellas,

If you're from the U.S.A and ordered PES3 from United Kingdom (Gameplay.co.uk) and still didn't receive the item here's the solution for your problem: E-mail : [email protected] . In the subject box mark "Tracking Number" and then write down your first and last name, full address with a telephone number. Then they will send you your tracking number. When you get your tracking number go to http://www.royalmail.com and click on "Track&Confirm" and track your order - it should say "The item with this tracking number has been passed to overseas postal service. After you did that, go to http://www.usps.com again go to "Track&Confirm" and write down the tracking number that Customer Service sent you. Then you will see where exactly your item is. I figured this out today, and found out that it was delivered on October 21st, they don't deliver this home because its an international signed mail only. So do this first, and go pick up your pu$$y !!

I wasn't notified at all bro. My stuff arrived on October 21st, and never got to my mail box..so I had to go to my local Post Office and pick it up myself...

I told the clerk about what happened to you and she said you must have an adress box set up otherwise it would have been sent to your door also. Can you make any sense out of this or is my post office on crack? thanks man, by the way i emailed gameplay and they said i cant get my tracking number till monday, god this sucks.

Listen to me man...like I said, e-mail " [email protected] ask themfor your tracking number, when you e-mail them make sure that you put down your first and last name, with a full correct address reminder: use the first and last name, and address whoever ordered PES3 with a credit card - etc. they will send you tracking number then after they do that go to www.royalmail.com, and track down your shit..then go to www.usps.com and track your shit again, if it says it was delivered to your "area" then go to your post office with a tracking number...and they'll give you the PES3. When I came to the post office, I was like I'm here to pick up a package, and then she told me did you get any paper in the mail I said no, but I have a tracking number and it says its here...so she asked me for a tracking number, and then she was like, oh sorry sir, its here...

However, this doesnt mean it could be the issue with your case but double check it.

Sorry I didnt read your whole reply...well you will have to wait until monday to get your tracking number, then do the method i told you. you can also, call them again and give them your last name, with shipping address but the tracking number is a golden key.

But yeah, seriously thanks for taking time away from pes3 to help me out, thats a nice thing to do and im guessing a hard thing to do considering its got to be the best game ever made. i hope to god i can get my hands on it monday. Yeah, you'll be blown away..after playing PES3 for some time, you can always try WE7, and compare two games. But you will be happy with PES3..just don't even think about PES3 right now...the less you're hungrier the faster you'r gonna get your food

They wont be able to tell you today as they are only open till 4PM today. They dont do questions such as these on sundays for some reason. You should have a response by Monday. They do operate today but i couldnt get through via the phone. I had to ask about Simpsons hit and run game.

I was lucky I guess, first I e-mailed them, then I got their response the same day and they told me they'll give me the tracking number, later that day. I come home from the gym, and there was my tracking number. Don't be polite to them, give them some kind of a pressure..
