BLES01708 game but BLES01708 option files not working

Wonder if any of you can help...

I've recently got PES 2013 after a wee couple of seasons sabbatical. Last game was PES 2011 and used option files etc no problem, however I'm problems with PES 2013 O/F's (I've tried a Scottish one and one or two other ones)...


My game is a BLES01708 (Says so on the disk/box) so downloading BLES01708 option files and trying them when I start the game and tries to load the content it says: "Unable to load because data is from different version. Download new contents to update data".

Confused, puzzled etc!

Any help appreciated
