How can I reset the PC version of the game back to the option file defaults?

Just asking as I loaded up a patch and liked it. I then did some transfers and created players and got myself all confused now as to what transfers I've done/haven't done. Any way I can easily reset it back to te patch's default option file, that is removing my transfers and created players in one fell swoop?

Couldn't do that as it go back to the original PES2008 OF where i needed to go back to the CHampionship Patch default OF,

Sussed it now. Was just being stupid. Just needed to copy the patch's OF over the one i'd muddled up.

To go back to the original OF, you don't need to reinstall. Just delete the OF from the KONAMI folder in My Documents, the game will spawn a new one with default options / players / teams / etc.
