i bought a network adaptor from e bay i put it with the back of my ps2 tried it but it says the network cable is not connected does it have to be a special kind of cable or else can u help me pls !!

You have to have an ethernet cable which goes from your PS2 to your router/modem

Just use the PES5 disc as it has all the internet/online settings built in. I would speak to your Internet Service Provider and ask them what type of cable your modem takes. It will eithr be USB or ethernet. If its Ethernet, just take the cable from the back of your pc and put it into the back oof your ps2 (so the lead goes from your modem/router to the PS2). If its an ethernet cable thats all you need to do to get online
