I use NTL, theres the odd time when the internet stops working for like 5 minutes but it's very rare that I get a problem.

AOL is shit; ask me.

NTLs customer service is wank; ask most users that need help.

I use Telewest. £25 for unlimited 4MB connection. Brilliant CS and never had any service related issues(apart from my router being shit, and that isn't their fault.)

I have NTL its sweet, apparently sky use NTL's service aswell though
