You might have 10Mb broadband, but thats just download, and you may not even get that....

What you need to check is your upload speed - this is usually a fraction of your download speed. Check it out - you'll be surprised.

If its too low it may be Virgin that limit upload speeds....

This may (or may not) be your problem...

Worth checking out anyhow.
