How about some more dutch teams like Utrecht, roda jc, heerenveen or just the whole competition its just some more data on a disk for them so why not put that little effort and get it on dvd.

Think we could have problems with patching if the game comes out on DVD, don´t know whether it´s true or not.

It would be slightly harder.
Someone would have to rip the DVD and leave out some things so it would fit on a CD and then patching could commence.
