i have been playing pes2009 on my 16" flat tv in my bedroom and i found that whenever i took a long shot the camera angle always fails to keep up with the ball, ie i cannot even see the ball go into the net as it travels too fast. btw im playing on normal medium angle, and recently ive change to normal long, it was better but sometimes the problem is sitll there. is it becoz my tv is too small or does it have to do with the game itself?

when you say flat tv i assume it's an LCD?
If so then this sort of thing can happen, it's called motion blur. Better makes normally deal with it better then cheaper less esablished makes. This is a quality issue, nothing to do with the game. You would also normally see this blur when watching a normal football match on TV, or anything that is fast moving across the screen.
