Here is the dilema!

I Love Paul B's Option file for the Coca Cola Championship - I just prefer playing PES4! Is there a way of converting a PES5 option File to a PES4 Option File?

Its the XBOX version I need.....I assume Paul B has someway of editing between versions? PS2, PC Xbox?

Or does anyone have an old XBox Pes 4 OF file they can send me? Prem or CC?
