Can I patch the US version of WE8?

The US version of WE8 comes out today and I was wondering if it is possible to patch it so that I can have the real kits and stadiums and such. I know how to patch the game, but I was wondering if any of the exsisting patch files will work with the US (NTSC) version of WE8. If none of the patch files here will work, does anyone know if one will be released, or where I can find a US patch file?

I tried patching the game with a PES4 patch, but it didn't work. The US game has a bigger iso. The file structure appears to be the same as PES4, though.

Patches for this game will start to appear soon. You can always edit the game manually using Graphic Studio etc if the AFS ISO structure is similar.

I haven't had a chance to test it out yet, but I applied a patch to the US version, and there was not problem with the application of the patch. Now I have to try and burn it to see what happens.

I tried the PES4 patch as well, WE8 let me pick which kind of language I wanted when I started the game, but then it froze. Any idea when patches for the US version will start showing up?

im in the us as well, but i just bought pes4 from an online store like 3 months ago

I'm trying to decide if I should buy an import copy of PES4, or just wait for a patch to come out for the US version. Does anyone know if US patches even get made by anyone? If they do, how long after the US release they usually arrive?

If I were you, I'd just wait for a US patch. I'm sure someone will make one. It seems like more people are getting into this game than WE7I.
