can u use max drive as a simple usb portable drive?

i have just ordered a max drive and wondered if it was portable to use it as part of simply moving documents from pc to pc other than pes option files from ps2 to pc (vice versa). wud really like 4 some1 to answer this question 4 me. thanks

how come i have put the info onto the max drive and it says its on but when i plug into into the ps2 it claims there is no info on it???
