Can you edit the amount of PES in the PESShop?

Hi guys,
as you can see I'm a newbie so please don#t hit me straight away..I tried to find an answer to my question by a) reading the stickies and b) using the search function.
Also if I am posting in the wrong forum then I apologise...and of course I'll try to stick to the forum rules and don't do anything illegal.

I'm after a way of 'editing' the amount of PES that you have in the PES shop though I already have had 99999 to start of with (I used the PESfan optionfile for my PES5). But the PES are going down quickly...

Can the editing be done through FTP..I can finally explore the content of my modded XBox through FTP and therefore I (newbie, remember) thought that an easy way to edit the PESShop content would be through editing the right file, i.e change a figure in the particular file that would refer to the PESShop.
The easier the method the better :)

Why didnt you get the option file with everything in the PESShop already bought would save some time.

Oh dear...bear with the newbie..I'll try again :)

I did get the option file with the 99999PES, however the amount has gone down to say 10000. Therefore me me had the idea of 'topping up' the amount of PES through editing the file again, by myself rather than changing to or reusing the original PESFan option file again (I don't want to loose anything that would be contained in the optionfile I'm using now).
I backed up(litterally, I do own the game too!!!) the game on my HD and thought that through the quick access of FTPing and file editing I could 'top up' the amount of PES...is this possible?

that is just lzy wanting to do that i reckon
the point f the game is to earn points to buy the stuff in te shop rather than just editing the amount of points u gt
