This is the second biggest flaw of the game together with player switching problem!

Simply put, whenever my intercepts a through-ball, he ALWAYS will use AT LEAST 2 (TWO!!) touches to get rid of it. Imagine intercepting in a crowded penalty area and being COMPLETELY unable to clear straight away. You always have to control it , after which the attacker may well have dispossessed you again!

Very bad bug, please address it, Konami!

I have witnessed that its really irritating, sometimes I go to clear it first time, I am nearest the ball and my player will slide tackle the player behind me goes over me, and the Ref gives a foul, they defo need to fix this issue like you said.

I noticed this, the only way round it is to hold the circle down and boot it but most of the time as you have so little time it only just gets out the area. I spend my time flying into tackles outside the area to stop the flow of play again. I won't use Square now to clear the ball. Its the same when you want a player to tap the ball into the net from a cut back or low in above foot height, he tries to control it rather than bundle the ball in the net.
