cant get players names up....help

Hey, am i doing something really wrong or what? In pro evo 09 it was possible to have the players name above their head when in control of them, it seems in pro evo 10 the option is to have their name at the bottom of the screen or not at all. Am i not doing something or is this just how they've set it up? Any help here would be great.

After kick off, click start button and in to 'player options'. Now press square (ps3) or X (xbox). Go to the last tab and choose 'player name'. Hit square (ps3) or X (xbox) again to confirm. Cheers!
