cantona or cryuff ?

Hi,
I don't know which one to hire: Cantona or Cryuff ?
Cantona has excellent balance but on the other hand rather poor acceleration. Cryuff has poor balance but excellent acceleration. I found that there are few strikers with excellent balance...
Which would u pick ?
As an alternate question, which one improves faster: balance or acceleration ??
