He is from Mexico, but there is a Dos Santos that is Paraguayan so i can see where your coming from.

carlos vela and giovanni dos santos are from mexico. they won last year the world cup U-17 in peru.. the people in barcelona say that giovanni is a combination of ronaldinho and lionel messi.
