ive downloaded a patch with all kits now but the thing that annoys me is no cech headgear any1 got a link and how to install it?

well heres the link for the face and headgear, but i also need help to insert them cos it doesn't tell u how. so any help on this would be much appreciated.

yes this is for pc, its just some faces i download have the correct number for GGS or AFS and some don't, and it would take way to long to go though them all.
