OK - so there is no way to put hoops on Celtic's strip in the game (apart from the 2 chest hoops strip in edit mode). This tip is really naff but helps a little to make 3 hoops on the home shirt.
On edit font - select the underscore '_' continuously on all 4 font windows. Turn them the same green as the two top hoops. Now slightly move each line of underscores so they are 2 deep (touching each other) and two of the lines need to be moved slightly right to hide the gap from the spacing of the underscores. If done right you should a line half the width as the top two hoops - now space it on the shirt low down so it looks like a third hoop.
Like I say, this is not the answer to the Celtic strip problem, but might make it look a little more respectable!!
