Does anyone know about any option files/patches for PC that have The Championship in them?

I have one that has all the Prem sorted with kits badges etc and I have changed the competition names - FA CUP logo/Div2 to The NPower Championship logo etc also have all most of the Championship done with badges and team names, I just don't have the time to do all the transparant png kits and player names/stats etc!

I wish I wasn't so damn picky! I just can't start ML without it all being perfect first!

herehere. Its been too long! I'm sure on previous versions these were available within days of release... There's only so many internationals and champions league games i can play before i go insane!
I neeeed proper master league.
Any help would be very much appreciated
