Hi guys.

I have question about ML. I started playing 3rd season in Division 1 and i want to change one option in ML - Transfer Frequency, im wanna set this to high, but now is normal, when i enter to settings i cant change :x

And another question - Why i cant buy some very good players, like Fabio Cannavaro, or Fernando Torres, im offering 60.000P and 5000P Salary and nothing, all the time negotiations broken

You need to check your team popularity if it is not the level required for the players you want, then they will not come to you.

Also, you cant change the any settings (except game length and a few others) halfway through a season. If you want to change the transfer settings you need to start again and change the option that way

Next to a player you are going for....there is a number from 0-100 heres a little guide on how it works


0-10:
Don't try and get this player, odds are you will not get him, if the number is 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...you have no chance. However if its 7-10 you might have an outside chance, offer a high salary and very high transfer points.

11-30:
Very unlikely you will get him, try offering high transfer points and a high salary.

31-60:
A swap deal might work, try offering a player around the same salary as the person you are trying to get, maybe a couple 1000 points aswell just to make sure you will get him.

61-80:
Very likey you will get him, offer a couple 1000 above the transfer he is worth and maybe a couple 100 or so more than his salary, you might get him, chances are you will.

81-100:
You should or WILL get him, offer a couple 100 points or so more than he is worth and roughly a couple 100 points over his salary, you should get him then.


Looking at your problem, the number next to the players names mentioned(Torres and Cannavaro) are between 0-5. In this case you might aswell give up you probably wont get this player(s). Hope i helped!

Guys, i have another question and i dont wanna make another thread, maybe somebody answer.

Im playing right now 4th season in ML i was searching for some goalkeepers. I thought that im going to buy Dida, searching ... and cpu doesn't find him, wtf ? He end of career or what ? lol. Help!

BELIEVE
Dida is currently 34 years old, meaning he will be 38 on your game now. So the chances are he has retired and will be reborn with a completely different name. He's likely to be under the age of 20, so maybe just search for a Brazilian GK with the age bracket 16-20 if you still wish to buy him as a reborn player.

why would he reborn with a different name?? i've played 22 seasons and seen alot of players ''reborn'' and none of them change there name!

theres a small period where the computer will say that you cant find a player just wait till mid season and look in rookies they take half a season to be ''reborn''
