Can anyone tell me if I'm able to change my online name somehow?

I don't mean the Konami or Game ID, I'm talking about the one you set up when you go online with PES for the first time when say where you're from, who you support etc. There is an option to delete when you first sign in but it doesn't seem to work.

The problem I have is I used my real name instead of my online username (i.e what I use for PSN) thinking that the name that would be displayed in the lobby would be the Game ID I set up with Konami (How many bloody usernames do you need with this game ffs, you'd think they'd set it up to work with PSN!!)

Can anyone help?

can you make diffrent profiles like in pes08 ?
i got some really bad stats right now because of the lag so i would like to create a new one if possible ...

Your online name is the same as the file name not your konami or game id.
If you want to have multiple names just use a bogus e-mail address and you can have as many as you like.

Yeh, that's what I meant :) . How do I set up another file name?

Just register again on the web cause its easier.Alter your e-mail address for example originally you had([email protected]) change it to ([email protected]) then write down your new game id and pass and enter it in when you log in.just have your ids and password write down and you can have as many as you like.
