is this a definate part of the game has it been confirmed (please dont quote wikipedia as anyone can update it, i updated that lesbians dont like ham!)

and if it is part of the game, do you get to choose what teams have the chants or is it just used in any game

not really gonna be realistic to see man u -v- chelsea and the fans singing you'll never walk alone!

There are videos on youtube showing that you add specific chants to specific teams. For example, when clicking on Liverpool in edit mode, you can assign chants to them. And by the way Seabass even confirmed that the mp3 imports are in the game.

Someone from PESFan said it will be one chant per team but there is no limitation on how big the mp3 file is.
