Does any one know if this is due to the server been down. I have entered my old user id and password and it keeps coming up error occured during verification.:realmad: I just hope it is due to the server issue as it is the last thing I need(another problem) with this server issue.

Couple of suggestions:

A. Make sure that Caps Lock is on, regardless of whether or not it appears in capital letters when Caps Lock is off.
B. It probably won't work if you've just installed the game, so restart the computer and try again. Which of course, you will have done by the time you read this.

Hopefully your problem is solved.

I have ps 2 version. I have restarted it many times do I have to register again or something? Will my gamer tag and password remain the same?

Yes I think they use different "Name Servers" on PES6... So make a new account and let us know what happens.
